Worst user experience. Why do you require OTP for every single option when biometric login ID enabled. Every time we need to give OTP to login, OTP to check renewal, OTP to do this, OTP to do that. If such is a security concern, dear HDFC ERGO, please switch back to AMS and PIE. That was easy and easy better.

I can't even login to this app while I try to login I enter correct OTP but is shows the error incorrect OTP and I I already escalate this issue to the support team after some time they contact me and they said the issue has been cleared now you can try to login but the same occurred again.

Your words spoken above regarding this app do not match while I activating this app. Worst kind of experience I got. To activatate this app, invested my valuable 30 minutes of time and faced repeated failures, finally fed up and dropped to activate.
