Manage your online profile, as well as book activities and classes wherever and whenever you wish. You can also manage all your bookings from your planner, meaning you’ll never miss a class. You can also stay up-to-date with what’s happening and when with your centre’s latest timetables.

You also get access to the fantastic Everyone On Demand. This gives you access to widest range of fitness and wellness partners on the market. From fitness and personal training to mental wellbeing and prescribed exercise, there’s a service or session to support everyone, no matter how you feel, every day of the week.

You can also sync your wearable devices and Apple Health data with your profile. This means you can track your activities to your profile instantly, helping you earn points towards badges, take on challenges and track your progress towards targets. You can also use the QR code scanner to sync activities in the gym to your profile.

You’ll also always know what’s going on at your local centre. There are live notifications and news updates coming straight through to your phone, while you can even keep your friends up to date with your activities, thanks to the app’s integrated Facebook and Twitter functionality.

This app is very frustrating to use. Some areas shows my sons swimming lessons, the main bit doesnt. Just had an email about the sport Passport but its showing his previous class. It's all a bit of a shambles. Also no contact info, have to complete a general enquires form for and never get a response. Ended up FB messaging which is not great. Id love to actually be able to track my sons progress.

Suspended membership for 3 months whilst travelling, however upon return app would not work properly...unable to make bookings. Have been speaking to my Sports Centre for over a month about this, we have gone through various scenarios several times ie changing passwords, uninstalling and reinstalling but still no joy. Apparently IT have been informed but still doesn't work. Message of 'Service Unavailable ' comes up continuously. Considering cancelling membership.

Was a good app but fir the last 3 or 4 months it takes minute or more to log in or load each page. App has Been "forced stopp"'ed more times than I care to remember. Reinstalled half a dozen times. Nothing I do improves it's evening or night time operation. It's favourite activity is "buffering" especially after 10pm when it's almost exclusively buffering. Get it sorted out please. Samsung galaxy S24 ultra user, no other apps buffering to eternity on my phone just this one that used to be good.
