Ratings and reviews

I have subscribed one of a package. when I open a app for checking a remaining usage etc, then it shows on dashboard that like I have no package. but when I click on view detail option, It shows a remaining usage detail correctly. Why this happen, why the above mentioned detail is not available on dashboard (means showing wrong info). It is inconvenient for customers. Note: I have sent detailed info with screenshots at given email address and they sent me a link to share a problem here.

5 stars for the app itself - user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate! However, I'm extremely disappointed with the Jazz network. Despite the app's seamless performance, the network's poor coverage and frequent drops make it a frustrating experience. If only the network was as reliable as the app, it would be a game-changer! Please work on improving your network infrastructure, Jazz. You have a great app, now it's time to match it with a great network.

This application does not show SIM or balance expiry or validity. They should introduce this feature like other networks are doing. Other than that, the application is smooth and user-friendly. I like the MYOB or custom bundle feature that allows saving money in case network usage is less. But the packags option should must appear on the home screen instead of finding the "View Subscribed Services" option.
