I installed the FikrFree app and purchased a monthly health insurance policy. However, after the app was updated, I checked my account and found that my policy was showing as deactivated. I tried contacting Webdoc through the phone and email address provided in the fikrfree app, but the email could not be delivered because it showed the email address was invalid. I also tried calling the helpline, but the call disconnects immediately after connecting.

without consent they subscribe my package, totally scammers, worst policy, they just call and not even asking for consent , tell details and just subscribe the policy, what's going on !!!!

Absolute Scam.... the app is not even there its just 5 images to scroll and they say to download the app to cancel the services activated on your sim deducting 12 rupees per day from my balance and it doesn't even show up in Simosa app! Absolute scam! I can believe Jazz after becoming so big is doing this business what a shame Jazz what an absolute shame!
