I have been using three different e-SIMs during my regular travel. To be perfectly honest, all of them work more or less the same, sometimes good, and sometimes so-so. But the customer support of Jetpac is outstanding. No matter how confusing and complicated your issue is, the reply comes within minutes, and the issue is resolved momentarily. Just got another proof of it today. Thank you, Ferlene!

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced on an app. The reps know how the system works and are experts at guiding you through troubleshooting, unlike others where they send you through loops and policies without trying to help you solve the problem. It does take a while to get a response, but they're a small company, and thankfully it's within 24hrs and worth the wait. And the coverage is great, especially for the price. Love this app and eSIM system!

Prices are good. But the app is terrible for buying packs. If you're switching out to another app to get payment details, you're going to get sent back to have beginning. The app doesn't even remember how much data you had so that if/when you run out it's confused and makes you log in again. Which of course you can't do. How to buy packs when you don't have internet?!?
