App doesn't function properly - every time there is a warning that my connection speed is too low (I don't consider the 200Gb I use at home low!). This message appears irrespective of using 4G or WiFi. In short I have never been able to log in with the app, so have to use the old school plastic card from Jumbo (and no, that is not just what I needed, another piece of plastic for my wallet ... in 2021)

The app and functionality are ok and suit their purpose. The only thing that is really annoying; for something that needs to be used in between activities at a cash register it takes too long to start the app. Slow internet connection (some supermarkets are in concrete buildings); even slower. The only thing I need 90% of the times I open the app, is the barcode. I use a screenshot to scan the barcode now. Can the barcode be shown immediately, loading all other features in the background?
