This service is really unreliable: the app doesn't work, The delivery address is wrong when the app doesn't recognize your building name, The delivery is slow, The courier is unreliable it is not possible to contact him. Better to buy same product from same pharmacy with Careem. I DON'T ACCEPT ANY APOLOGIES. I'm going to wiping out immediately the app, hoping to receive my first and unique delivery

Pricing is different... The worst app u can use, before adding my card the price where 9 dirhams after adding the card the price is 17 dirhams. 2nd issue is that you can't remove your card 3rd issue the app is sooo leggy and slow 4th inventory is different They need an it team to fix the app before releasing it

The app keeps crashing, clearing the card over and over again. It keeps lagging and not accepting cards without giving reasons then accepting the card 2 days later? It needs work. Lagging is out of control.
