Terrible app, earlier this year I used the dynamics app which used a similar interface to the UI seen on the PC, this app became mandatory to download from Microsoft. Since downloading this app earlier this year I barely use dynamics on the phone as a result of this app. Now another new mandatory app is required to download (Power Apps), so far I have not used it much but it looks like it may be an improvement as it returns to the old dynamics style UI.

slow. clumsy. hopeless platform. definitely the opposite of an Apple product! steer clear.

App is unstable and keeps crashing, some features don't work (like recording voice notes), and signing in is buggy as I have to choose my work account repeatedly before the app opens the environment. However, calling from the app is quite useful as I am able to log the call from my phone. Thus I give two ⭐
