Newly installed, now it does not even start anymore. I like the coffee quality and think it is superior over almost all coffee maker. However, the software and the documentation has a lot of problems. The mNual that comes with my Vertuo is illegible - small print of corse paper with only subtle coloring doesn't do the job. The app is mostly for ordering coffee but not good for controlling or managing the machine.

The coffee Is great but that is where things have changed. Recycle bags are impossible to get if you miss the slim opportunity you are given to select them after you go to checkout. Do they really want you to recycle? Also even after spending 150.00 they default paid shipping even though it is is free on orders over $50. You still can get free shipping but you have to select it. These are a few of the changes that make for a less than stellar experience. Nespresso consider a few changes. Thanks

The shop is nice, convenient to order items through it. The "connecting your machine to WiFi" functionality is abysmal. Anytime I try and view my machine it says it's connected to a different account (it's not). I factory reset, connect it to WiFi (which rarely works first try) and then inevitably need to do it all again next time I try and view my machine. Barely functional feature
