Ratings and reviews

You can't add a credit card inside the app, it just spins forever. I logged in through a web browser and was able to add my credit card, which now does show up in the app as a registered credit card but when I go to pay the parking fee it won't let me select that card. Once in awhile (randomly) it will give me the option to use Google pay which works (when that option actually shows up), but overall I wouldn't rely on it. Plus, it adds a convenience fee (for an INCONVENIENT experience).

This has been a trash app. The app is extremely unresponsive. I submitted the request and I got charged, but it doesn't respond. So I resubmitted another request at the same location with same car and same period, it went through again without any notification. Seeing this company invading my city, placing its sign in parking lots everywhere, is such a disgusting thing.

Never works! I park in an Indigo lot for work every day and every day I open the app, select the lot and it says "an error has occurred". I think it's worked all of 2 times. Tried clearing cache, redownloading the app, everything. Why even have an app at that point?
