Ratings and reviews

Making informed changes should be easier. No prospectus or other information is available, and when you navigate to a new tab to research on your own it starts you over. It's not easy to navigate. Then after making the choices of investments and allotment percentages and clicking the switch to include current investments it says error, contact the program administrator.

Useless. The only view I have is the account summary section that displays first. The menu to view statements, detailed account information, plan information, etc, nothing works. The screen just spins and spins and then occasionally the screen will flicker/flash constantly, and then nothing. I've completed all of the updates and my phone is brand new, so the app needs lots of work.

Update of previous 1 star rating. The updates have made things much better. No longer have password/biometric problems and am able to get in easily. For some reason the same doesn't apply to my wife's account. Not sure why, but often have password issues. Once in, the app is easy to navigate. One drawback was that when my wife could get in, she wasn't able to complete a disbursement request. That was after she had been told my a representative that it was best and easiest to do in app.
