Your customer service is either useless or unprofessional. How come that I contacted them a thousand times via whatsapp to resolve an issue with stc tv subscription but in vain.

Worst app, keep logout, entering correct password, it shows wrong password, entering otp, it shows wrong otp. Utter waste app, we are living in technology world, but stc can't even maintain a single app for it customers. Bad management. Sorry to say.

Worst app ever. It's full of bugs, and nothing works at all. Whenever i want to recharge, there is an update. Even with updates the app becomes more unstable. It's worst
