Ratings and reviews

The features and breadth of services are great but the advertisements of their own services taking up equal space as the other on the screen is just frustrating. The font size of the chief features is kept similar to their other unsolicited service ads, which makes the usage of the app an irritating experience. It's too unorganised and cluttered. Too much info on one screen. Please declutter the app. I can only use a limited number of features on the screen at one time.

Pathetic app experience. Every single page that you scroll through has some sort of glitch or bug. Promotions & over the top animations are given more precedence than simplifying CX. Recently I encountered a problem with the holdings and transactions pages. They simply refused to load, as a result of which I'm unable to make any further purchases/transactions. Also, customer support is non-existent and there is no way of connecting on call with anyone to explain the gravity of the situation.

Not able to find the switchover option in the app. What if someone doesn't wants to withdraw n instead wants to switch to some other fund. If there's then please guide. Moreover the app doesn't have a dedicated customer support option which is a serious drawback n needs to be looked into. ET money should explore options to provide charts also (candlestick and other TA tools) which will definitely give it a edge to other investment platforms and a great customer base.
