The app, which as of this writing hasn't been updated in 10 months, doesn't seem to work on Android 14. 5/6 devices in our house have updated to 14, and we can no longer download off my NAS to any of those devices. Uploading still seems to work, but the required "storage" permission is missing, and downloading returns a permissions error.

I've never had problems with this app and it has worked great backing up photos from multiple phones. However since I enabled 2FA it no longer automatically backs up photos, and even when I check the "trust this device" option it asks for a new code to validate login every time I open the app. Huge issue that makes the backup feature completely useless.

UI is functional without being overly flashy. It loads files the way I want it to, but has a hard time with media integration. Audio will play natively, but video gets dumped to whatever player you're using and the URL format isn't always recognized making some media types unplayable. Overall a great tool, though. Edit: I recently formatted my phone and now the app doesn't ask for storage permissions anymore, making local downloads impossible. It asks for "photos and videos", but not storage.
