I want to like the app but there's too much going against it. For one thing the UI takes a long time to get used. The workout library needs 'equipment' and 'no equpiment' added to the filer which just has muscle groups. The biggest thing for me though is what movements are considered to be beginner, intermediate, or advanced. There is absolutely no way a "beginner" could be expected to do walk walks, handstand pushups, and pistol squats.

The exercises in this app provide a very solid workout, and there are a variety of workout plans to choose from. However, the app itself can use more work. 1) There should be an option for the app to keep the screen on. 2) The whole system of how it tracks your reps and sets is very finnicky and not really reliable; I have had my reps and sets for an entire workout suddenly wiped out mid-workout. 3) It would be nice if this app integrated with Google Fit APIs to synchronize workouts.

The workouts are great, but the app could use some more fine tuning. The app operates like a social media platform instead of a workout app(also requires internet access). When I'm done, it automatically posts my workout for everyone to see unless I tell it not to - every single time. It would be nice if there was a button to click "start" and then it will tell me the 45 seconds is up. That makes it easier so i don't have to stare at the screen the while working out.
