This app is okay. It doesn't do any real combos, and the guy in the videos looks like a total amature. When he threw the 1 low 2, his hand totally dropped. I like the fact that the guy created an app with potential 👌🏿, but if they are planning on teaching, I'd personally recommend someone with better technique like a pro or something. it would be a good idea for them to replace the videos in an app update with the same guy using his improved technique after developing technique or get a pro

I have been practicing martial arts for a long time now, always looking for a useful companion training app with sensical combinations. Well, I found it with this one! The suggested combinations make mechanical and functional sense, you can create your own combos, and adjust the settings to account for if you are an orthodox or southpaw stance user. While it's not perfect, the app gets 5 stars from me for no fuss, no ads, and doing exactly what I had hoped for.

There is no specific daily practice. If he had a few minutes of boxing training and training every day, it would be good. Especially if the level of education gradually becomes more professional
