As if the app options and usability weren't bad enough, now we have forced haptic feedback that can't be turned off at all! Unacceptable. fix it in the next update. The remodeling only fixed looks not usability making things worse in many cases. You had a chance to improve and this is what you chose! Don't get me started on the actual service. At least it's the lesser of all evils which is a very low bar

This app is absolutely useless. It is so laggy. Takes forever for it to open, to view a product, see your cart. The choice of products is great but no one has time to deal with that. You would think your IT dept would be better.

You know what is so disappointing and very upsetting in this online company. Is I order and pay for express delivery because i need it urgent. Then I will receive a broken item which is not running. You didn't even test it. Now you get everything my money and pick up the broken item here. For 2days and my money is still not refunded. Serve your customer well. We didn't take our money for free. It's hard earned money. Take note im a regular customer.
