Useless app of hopeless airlines. Customer support number not working (invalid number). The app and website are forcing customer to choose seats if want to do web check-in. If you do auto seat allocation, then you do not get boarding pass on email, though the final page of web check-in wizard says you would receive boarding pass on email. If there is a possibility of giving less than one star rating please?

I recently had the misfortune of flying with SpiceJet, and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an airline. *Poor Service:* - The crew was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. - Lack of information regarding flight delays, boarding, and other essential updates. - No assistance provided for damaged seats or basic amenities. *Unacceptable Charges 3rd class services

They should rename there airline to "Delay Airline", because it's there favourite hobby. I've booked my ticked 2 months back and today they have revised the departure time from 9 am to 11 am , then from 11 am to 1pm, Literally 2 time in a row, as they don't care about our time. It was my first time with spicejet and definitely not going to travel in this airline anytime is further, other airlines are far better. I'll request this airline to take your job seriously. Totally disappointed !!
