This app sucks!!! It lags terribly, I go to delete messages and when I select a msg to delete, it goes back to the top of the page making me continue to scroll down to find my last msg I want to delete and then when I select the next one and it goes back to the top page, and when I've deleted a few messages, it won't let me do anything else on the app. I have to close it out and restart the app entirely to do more things on it. The transcriptions don't transcribe well either. So many bugs!!!

There are lots of features this app could have but doesn't. Cant forward voice messages from within the app. Cannot flag messages as important or needing follow up. Cannot copy / paste phone numbers from transcription. Much room for improvement. Updated 10/16/23: 3 years later you still can't copy and paste phone numbers from the transcription or share voice messages. 🤦 Update 7/16/24 Voxist responded to my review that their R&D team would look into improving features. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

Update: one frustration, after using a few months: displays a notification icon long after I've viewed and listened to all messages. So I'm constantly opening the app, expecting new messages, only to discover there's nothing new. Very irritating and a waste of my time. Original review: recordings have been cut off a few times, but largely satisfied with the app.
