Ratings and reviews

I had a bad experience with the cleaner, and it took several days for Wecasa to send a stock response. They've offered a voucher, which is useless as I won't be using them again. I've tried to get them to stop texting me but there's no option in the settings so I need to speak to customer services and they don't respond to that either. Avoid!

BEWARE! Booked an appointment for someone to do my hair on my wedding day. Booked a month in advance a professional with 4.9 out of 5 reviews. She cancelled 45 minutes before the appointment on a Saturday morning. No alternative hair stylist was found for me. Could have been a disaster had I not manage to find someone local. We Casa offered me a £10 voucher and told me I was not allowed to leave a review for someone that hadn't provided the service. Will never use again.

Good app but these days any Tom, Dick and Harry can create an App. I was a bit cautious given the average 2.9 star review but I thought 'let me try it' It's clear that these guys don't have any quality control to vet their so called pros. The woman that came to clean my flat had no clue. She left streaks all over my mirror because she was using a wet towel. She didn't dust nor clean the taps. I booked for 3 hours and she left in 2 hours. Please trust the average 2.9 star review.
