How does it work?
This workout planner app allows you to work out autonomously. Build your own weight loss program from the exercise library, use our calorie tracker and nutrition guide to create a diet plan, and start working out. Update your schedule and track your results in the workout diary. Alternatively, select a ready-made training program with a calorie calculator for nutrition adjusted to your specific workout type, such as a lifting weights workout, fat loss workout, etc.
If you’re looking to go even further, hire our personal coach. You can choose your personal trainer, send them a message, set your sports goals and conditions. Obtain an invoice, pay with your card and start your transformation. Your coach will create a workout plan with individual diet instructions, and a monthly program with sets of exercises and a meal plan to any goal, whether that is to lose weight in 30 days, lose belly fat, build muscles, get six-pack abs, get a shredded body, get big arms or a wide chest or get back in shape after an illness or pregnancy – all with fitness at home.
On a weight loss program, your coach will monitor your results, provide recommendations on your fitness level or meal plan and adjust the exercise program, if needed. A couch will help you to fit your workouts into your schedule.
