I had a great experience using Redbus for my recent journey! App is good but service providers listed on this app are not professional and last moment call you on a different pick location and drop any location not in which is mentioned in the app. Bus quality is also not checked before listing. AC vents don't work, mobile charging points don't work. My most of the journeys are bad. After using this app for several times, I am saying permanent good bye to this app. Even after complaint, they don't take any action.

Please be Aware... After receiving conformation message you may receive another message saying transaction incomplete. You will not find booking in Application also. But don't book another ticket. I did the same, i book another ticket and both got confirmed and didn't give any refund and ticket was not able to cancell too. We should pay for their software glitch. ***Caution ***
