I think they launched credit card before understanding the working of it. Really low rated service. Their mistakes will leave you pay for it. Customer care cannot help on most issues. Month after month same error and no solution. Card looks lucrative but comes with many glitches. I ended up paying for their mistakes. My suggestion: avoid!

They don't send us the statment, but in tha app we can download the statment, At the beginning i faced problems due to lack of knowledge about it's options and policies, The concerned team member Afaya helped me to know it clearly and made me to understand politely.. Feels good by this type of feedback instantly from DEEM
