With the Sbanken app, you become your own bank manager, wherever you are!

Here you get smart, digital solutions that are easy to use, with open prices and equal conditions for everyone. The app makes your everyday banking easier, whether you need to pay bills, check your balance or borrow money. Save money in funds or buy shares with just a few magical taps on your mobile phone. And you know what? The app works very well on tablets too, if you prefer to do things on a larger screen.

Create your own budgets and get a full overview of what you spend money on. Move money between your own accounts with a simple drag-and-drop gesture. Share bills with family and friends by giving them access to your eInvoices. Customize the front page in the app and make it more personal. Are you going abroad or shopping online? Use our currency calculator to see how much things cost in other currencies. Last but not least. We also made the app in dark mode! Better late than never, right?

And one more thing. DNB and Sbanken have merged, but will continue to be two different brands. To use this app, you must be a customer in the Sbanken consept.

Ratings and reviews

After a solid 40m I found a way to add a new payment recipient, but only by setting up a recurring payment agreement, and even then it took a while to start the search function, thus tricking me out at times. Later it turned out to be bugged. Feedback here helps but still 🔥

Not completely terrible, but definitely not an enjoyable experienxe. The interface is one of the less intuitive I've experienced (of a bank), even after three months of use. Also quite "opaque", difficult to have control of what's going on with the app (and your account).

Absolutely terrible app and pathetic service. Avoid at all costs if possible. Sbanken used to be excellent but since dnb, it is now easilly the worst bank service I've experienced, period. Suddenly introduced a new app which requires Bank ID to activate the app. Great if you are in Norway, but what if you are abroad? And their joke app only shows a number as +47 which means you cannot use a foreign number to register with Bank ID. Better off keeping your money under a mattress.

What's new

What’s new in the app:
- Effective interest rate is now displayed under Loan conditions.
- In Spending, you now have the option to split transactions into multiple categories.
