Ratings and reviews

Extremely disappointed with the app and customer care service. The app has been stuck on the biometric verification screen for 10 days, and despite multiple calls to customer support, I've received no clear resolution timeline. As a result, I've been unable to access my account for 10 days. Unfortunately, it seems like Easypaisa is not prioritizing its customers' experience. I would recommend exploring alternative payment options until they improve their service. Don't trust them!

There is a serious bug in your app or some sort of exceptional error. The issue is related to login pin. It happens sometimes that when I enter the pin, it says it's incorrect even if I enter the correct pin. I think this could be due to the Internet connectivity issue. However, we should not be locked out of account if this is the case. Now I'm getting the error "Your mobile phone was used to access more than one...." Idk what that is. I don't have multiple easypaisa accounts.

Every new update is making it harder to simply log in to the app. Sometimes it's the OTP issue other times it's the Biometric verification. It's like they don't want users to use the app. I have been trying to login since yesterday and unable to receive any OTP. If I say I'm extremely disappointed that would be an understatement. Kudos on ruining a perfect app 👎🏻
