You can no longer contact support beyond a very unhelpful Bot, the update for delivery is retroactive (and therefore useless), and settings are not properly registered and saved. Furthermore they just ignore Modtagerflex and similar, so I'm unsure what the point of the app is, but it certainly doesn't do a good job at whatever its job is.

A buggy mess acting only as a graphical front end UI to a flawed tracking system. Information is sparse and opaque and most of all LATE. Updates are frequently a full 24 hours after the event. I only use it because postnord won't share their API with other trackers.

Had to download an actual app to be able to change my delivery time, but the app is not working, delivery time can't be set, and I've been waiting for a response in the chat for nearly two hours now. Of course they also charge outrageous amounts of money for phone calls to the customer service, so yeah, not great.
