About this app

Finom is a financial service where you can open a banking account, connect your other banks and manage your invoices. Isn't that cool?
Now you can do all these things in one place, and we're working hard to bring new features as fast as possible.

Here are just a few things that you'll find inside Finom app:
- Open a banking account in 5 minutes;
- Connect your other banks and manage them in one place;
- Make a SEPA or Direct Debit payments;
- Receive money from the whole of Europe;
- Create sub-accounts (we call them wallets) and manage your cash flow. All of them have their own IBAN so you can use each of them for different needs;
- Issue a physical or a virtual card for yourself or your employees. You can easily manage cards and set up the limits;
- Cover (we call it reconciliation) all your transactions with invoices or recipes. Your accountant will tell you big thanks for that;
- Invite your employees and easily manage permissions for the whole team;
- Connect your accountant and let them do their job;
- Use smart filtering and searching of your transactions;
- Tag your transactions and invoices to keep everything in order;
- Contactless payments with Apple Pay;

Such a disaster option. Is with Finom since 2023, suddenly in 2024 they started to charge heavily on international transactions, later I kept it as second account. Recently was freezed with no reason even some funds are there. Completed all verifications, completed requirements; waiting for many days now to hear back. Whenever I try to contact AI bot is responding. No clue, no response.

Yet another bug to add to the infinite list of existing ones. The share invoice button no longer does anything, so to simply send an invoice by WhatsApp I have to email it to myself, download it then send it. Bravo. For the record, if I view it and share from there it creates a .bin file. How is it possible for an app to be so terrible after so many years.

Dear Thomas, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you've experienced these issues. We've raised them internally, and our technical team is working on a fix. In the meantime, you can manually edit the invoice number in the app and delete the extra space that appears. We've also made sure to contact you via email. We invite you to reply to us.

Buggy, poor AI driven customer service, bad UX and just generally not a good banking app! Edit in Dev's comments: to illustrate how bad the customer service is, they still have not resolved the issue, and still rely on AI asking the same info of me time and again.
