Such a disaster option. Is with Finom since 2023, suddenly in 2024 they started to charge heavily on international transactions, later I kept it as second account. Recently was freezed with no reason even some funds are there. Completed all verifications, completed requirements; waiting for many days now to hear back. Whenever I try to contact AI bot is responding. No clue, no response.

Yet another bug to add to the infinite list of existing ones. The share invoice button no longer does anything, so to simply send an invoice by WhatsApp I have to email it to myself, download it then send it. Bravo. For the record, if I view it and share from there it creates a .bin file. How is it possible for an app to be so terrible after so many years.

Buggy, poor AI driven customer service, bad UX and just generally not a good banking app! Edit in Dev's comments: to illustrate how bad the customer service is, they still have not resolved the issue, and still rely on AI asking the same info of me time and again.
