Great way to slowly build up a bit of free cash, buying things / services you'd be buying anyway. I saved up nearly £130, one thing I wasn't aware of, is when you do "cash out" there is a £5 membership to pay. I was COMPLETELY unaware, found it a bit cheeky they add this on when withdrawing your money. Back up to £23 now, just by a few screen taps, buying stuff I'd of been buying anyway 🙂

4 weeks to several months to payout according to their estimate. Added to that you need to chase the missing tickets repeatedly for responses. Log-in issues/bugs/crashes with the app interfering with logging purchases. Not just me either,friends/family have all had the same issues. Really not worth it anymore (had previously been ok a few years ago). Several months wait for payout is a complete joke from using their own T.C comparison for purchasing insurance in Dec 2023. Don't waste your time.

The app is a great concept and I have managed to get cashback on purchases however it's excruciatingly slow in terms of receiving the actual payment. I've had purchases fail to be recognised and the customer service is useless. I'm currently waiting for cashback that's been pending for over a year. I regularly just get to told to wait a little longer which is laughable at this point. The cashback takes an age, hence the reason I can't be bothered with the app now as it's infuriating.
