I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

Wow, what a downgrade! The old layout provided my account information in a very clear and visible format with the graphical progress over time and the simple line item per account. This update is trying to be too much and really misses the mark. I know my goals, and it's my FA's job to follow them. I don't need to be seeing if I'm on or off track...nor link my accounts here for constant analysis. This really is a disappointing new look for what was already working so well.

Multiple features don't work. It does allow me to see my current investments, but viewing goals, editing the value of other investment, etc. just gives the never ending spinning circle. I also get "A system error has occurred. There is temporary issue accessing your information." The temporary issue has been occurring for weeks since I installed the app.
