Your application takes FAR TOO LONG to load, especially when I need to scan the loyalty barcode in a store and have to wait nearly 1-2 minutes. That is absurd. Please redesign your app so that it doesn't reload the deals and whatnot every single damn time! They should be all downloaded already from the previous time the app was opened. Then the home screen should immediately load. Like McDonalds does.

Very poor experience. Trying to connect my Velocity account and I am getting an error saying I'm connected to a VPN, when I'm not. Lift your game and sort out your app. Don't offer the option to connect and earn extra points if you won't allow people to actually make the most of it. Misleading.

Fuel price lock doesn't, and never has worked. It just gives error "A01" every single time. I've contacted support directly through the app multiple times and receive no response. Ever. What's the point of having support in the app if you don't address the issues??
