Love the clothes. A good portion of my wardrobe is now killstar, and ordering has not been an issue. I use the app on an android device. I keep experiencing the issue where the app resets back to the home page after looking at an item. It doesn't take me back to the list I was surfing. It makes it difficult to scroll through the deals or specific collections if I have to start all over every time I want to take a closer look at something. I'd rather just surf the website.

It took a moment to get used to the UI, but it is easy to use. Checking out is very easy. Although I miss being able to see customer images, I still can read reviews on products where applicable. they don't remove bad reviews and have videos on some products to show fit and movement. I did have one bug where adding a discount increased my total instead of decreasing it. However the final calculation was correct, it was just wrong in my cart.

Ordered many items almost a year in advance for my senior pictures. They were lost for 8 months. When I emailed the help email, they communicated excellently but overtime, as more months passed, they began taking longer to respond and saying It was my fault I didn't get my order. They offered me a refund and I accepted it, that was over a month ago now and they didn't respond to my email or refund me even a penny. Incredibly disappointed.
