I really like the app, but the payment system has been so annoying. I attempted to order a hat five times, but each time, my order was cancelled. After contacting customer service, I was told my credit card was the issue. However, my bank confirmed that the card was working perfectly. They told me that the hat club didn't accept the money. I tried again, but the order was cancelled once more. Eventually, I gave up and successfully purchased the hat from another store using the same cardit card.

App was fine until the last update now. I can no longer log into my account, and talking to the people responsible is even worse. Told them about not being able to log in even after resetting the password multiple times, yet they are still saying reset password. I'm not gonna keep resetting my password without results. I will just uninstall

The app works well except it doesn't save your cart. Not even for a few minutes. It can be pretty frustrating if you have to put your phone down to do something else while you're putting together an order... when you get back on the app you have to start your order over.
