GBGO® mygbclaim helps users manage their claims anytime, anywhere from their smartphones. It provides the claim information users need, when they need it. It is easy to use, reliable, and secure. Some of the features/functions available to users are:

SMART bar - Access personalized messages, notifications, reminders, FAQs, and more

Payments - View benefit payments history and receive instant notifications when payments are issued.

Doctor Appointments - Track and manage your doctor appointments and receive friendly reminders on the SMARTbar.

Medical Cards - Access digital versions of the Medical Card and the Pharmacy card (Rx Card) with ‘one click’.

Claim Contacts - Search for medical providers and pharmacies with interactive driving directions and one click call option

Connect with your Resolution Manager – Call, email or attach and send reimbursement requests and doctor notes to your GB Resolution Manager with ‘one click’.

Direct deposit is not working. Have tried by logging out and back in but that did nothing, I even un-installed the app and re-installed it but that still didn't do anything. It doesn't look like there is a work around to get direct deposit setup 🤨🤨🤨🤨...... For anyone that is trying to get documents uploaded to your file your best bet is to go on Google Chrome or Safari to get your stuff uploaded.

Not great, only downloaded for direct deposit. After many repeated attempts at giving the app permission to my phone, it still says it doesn't have access to camera. Tried opening & closing app, repeated turning phone off & on,changing permissions in the app & phone settings, still no change. App is pretty much useless to me. The people at the business are helpful though

Direct deposit doesn't work. Says it needs permissions to access photos. Window pops up to go to app settings. Settings show photos are allowed. App still says needs permission to access photos. Over and over. I've tried setting up direct deposit for over a month. App doesn't work. Needs major overhaul and updates.
