Just worst app if you are credit card holder. I am facing issue since start of this app, Initially had problem with registration as they forgot to add number in their records then had issue with login don't know why, Had to raise complaint again after that resolution unable to pay bill as after saving bill in app wasn't able to see those billers.

By not allowing to enter SMS OTP manually, you have restricted people from using JS banking app. It requires that mobile app should only be installed on a monitor biel device having registered SIM. I am sure many people like me use a separate mobile device for banking needs. It's a useless security measure. Please remove it otherwise why don't you have the same for email OTP which has to be entered manually?

One of worst bank app I have ever used. Every other day there is login issue with the app. I have been using various banking app but never experienced any thing like this. There is serious need to review the app performance.
