Ratings and reviews

Well, the app won't open for me. When I attempt it open and close immediately. If I could give a score, it would be below the first star I would. Until it fixes, I can't give a good rating for Racetrack. It is just unacceptable what is going on with this app. I can't do my reward at racetrack, and I have cleared my browser

My app completely stopped working a month ago. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled over and over and it won't open at all any of those times. I go to race Trac multiple times a day and can't use my app or my points at all. Very upset about this. *Update on March 23rd. Months later and still won't open at all. This is bs. Why haven't yall fixed the app yet???

10/2/2018: got an email from support, called in and was able to get my issue resolved. Hope to be able to use my points now. Thank you, Tina. 9/29/18: Still unable to connect to my account originally opened with my phone number. Have emailed twice and received no reply. Would truly like to recover the points I had. Otherwise there's really no point at shopping at Race Trac. _______ Had to uninstall. Upon reinstall it doesn't recognize me. Lost 945 points I couldn't use sure to the app hanging up.
