It was fine the way it was, the redesign has made it unusable, literally. The app no longer serves its purpose - convenience. Instead of simplicity it's as if I've downloaded something more fit for a gaming app. Then there's the barcode that can't be brought up for the cashier to scan, it's cut off, along w/whatever accompanying text is there. Biggest issue is wallet -no problem loading it but I wish there was bc there's no way to bring up the barcode to use it! My $ is stuck in 7-11 cyber world

In my experience it's only useful as a rewards system. You're supposed to be able to load money onto a digital wallet and use a barcode to pay for your order, but my local 7-11 doesn't have that capability apparently. Whether it's outdated technology or cashier error I'm not sure, but it wasn't a very convenient situation for a convenience store.

This app has become worse since the last major update. Having to log in every few days is annoying when I'm trying to log in at my local store in the middle of a line. Today, the app froze on the login screen, and it only worked after I restarted my entire phone. It's just not good anymore and tries to advertise deals constantly in every menu I open for products I never want to buy.
