Your card in your control
• Misplaced your card? You can block your card to keep it safe while you look for it.
• Report your eligible card as lost or stolen. We can cancel the card and order you a new one.
• Activate eligible ANZ cards by tapping on More then set your card PIN right away.

Tried the app for the first time in years. It asks for my PIN, which is fine, except my ANZ PIN has more than four digits, and it only lets me enter four. Then it chides me for getting it wrong. Somebody really didn't think this trough. I might call Australia to see if it can be sorted, but it seems unlikely.

Terrible app for way too many reasons. The automated chat support is terrible. I've logged into the app and I still have to login AGAIN to see my email address. The Accounts screen shows you one account at the top and then a list at the bottom. The two sections work differently though. Accounts don't have the same names as Internet Banking. There's no option to call from the app already authenticated. You can only send a message. Stupid ANZ Plus button at the bottom does nothing!

Unfortunately the ANZ app is not designed customer-focus and it is annoying for ANZ to force ANZ app customers to encounter the symbol of another 'ANZ Plus' symbol on the ANZ app screen every time - it's an external link only but not removeable. Also ANZ puts 'Support' & 'Profile' next to the 'ANZ Plus' symbol only to distract ANZ app customers because most bank app customers don't need these two every time either. Very sad the ANZ app design reflects quite low User Interface(UI) expertise.
