Did a simple test run on logging in via ACT and works flawlessly. Obviously with limited access using a login rather a CAC is annoying, but I can see this being used more often for NG/Reserve Units over Active Duty if they don't their cards with them(not sure why they wouldn't.) But it begs to question on "Why" it exist when the CAC is basically a second form, if not, a main reliable source of identification for your person. Its somewhat pointless in a sense. But hey, you do you buttercups.

Created my pin and confirmed it. Then sent to the next step and when prompted to enter my pin the keyboard flashes on the screen and disappeared leaving me no way to enter my pin....this rates right up there with wearing a camouflage uniform overseas but then having to put on a reflective belt so everyone can see you!
