Ratings and reviews

Try to access it for 3 days straight but keep on prompting Starting Up, which results in error, not available at this moment. Not one or two hours of trying tho, it took me multiple time but prompted the same results. Don't know what's happening, it's on updated version too. The lagged was terrible. I will have to opt for Self Machine then🤦🏻‍♂️

Almost all in one place to pay bills, offers great convenience. However, the app could be a little buggy at times. One, it keeps pausing my background music play whenever I reach the home page. Two, the transaction history seems to crash the app easily when there are >100 transactions for the month.

I'm very surprised this app gets an overall rating of 4.8! If I can give this app a zero star, I would. The app keep saying my password is wrong which I am very sure it is correct. And after I reset the password with the same one, all my favourites are gone and I have to add my bills again one by one. And by the next paying cycle when I need to use this zero-star app, again the app say my password is wrong. Please remove this app if AXS is not sincere in providing an app that works properly.
