Ratings and reviews

The UI is horrible and leaves much to be desired. It's difficult to find shows just by area or dates when there aren't many large venues around. Had an issue trying to to buy tickets for a show on the correct night of which I wanted to see it, so I just forgoed buying them all together so as to not get a headache. Wasn't worth the trouble.

I've tickets for months to see my favorite singer, a 5 hour drive and hotel reservations so after reading the many, many terrible reviews of the app my heart literally sank thinking I was going to have a hard time getting in, like super stressed about it. But I am SO thankful to say the app worked beautifully. It was easy to use and access my tickets, never logged me out not once, and got in the venue quickly. I will definitely use it again ! Thank you, AXS !!

I will not comment on the features of the app because this is an app I do not want. I was forced to download it, create an account, and provide my email and phone number just to recieve tickets. I was given no other way to receive my tickets other than this app. I was hoping to be to add the tickets to my Google wallet and then delete the app but that is not an option. There is no reason that the tickets could not have been delivered via email without these additional steps. Do better.
