I will change my star rating when they fix this app because you can't upload any documents thru messaging or any pics or anything you can just type and hope for your lawyer to respond but that not how it should be you should be able to upload records and I do all the steps correct and it still won't let me just be warned I will be charging my rating once this is fixed or has become easier to upload or more of a mobile friendly app

Downloaded at my attorneys request, haven't been able to get it to work yet. I get notifications that they sent me something, but when I try to put my number in the app it says API error mgr. and that's it.. can't get past the first screen. Kind of useless.

Horrible app. App doesn't show any numbers. issues with enter the phone number is very horrible. I haven't heard anything about my case since August when I applied.
