lately the app wont open up the documents my attorney send, so I logged out to log in again and now it wont let me log in, says it sent me a code but never get it. i cant get to any of the case notes or messages the attorneys have sent me. how can I get into my account?

buggy app (esp w/ messaging, e.g. sometimes not seeing any message), but at least it's one place to see the status of the case and to message the team

Always get a response when I contact them. They are very professional and were a great help with getting my benefits.
