Ratings and reviews

Misleading billing and no reasonable free option. I tried to get the promised 7 day free trial, but it immediately tried to bill my card for a year. Luckily, my payment method in google is expired, so it didn't work. I would have subscribed after a trial period if I liked it. I tried to keep using the free version, but every 10-15 seconds, the screen goes to a "free trial" page, which you then have to skip before going forward. Impossible to use this way.

They do seem to have fixed previous bugs. This is a pretty good app through the A1 level, covers the basics well, but the difficulty escalates sharply early in A2 and there aren't enough practice lessons, drills, or explanations. I'm now completely lost in verb tenses and will probably quit at this point. I don't think you could become fluent using this app.

I like the descriptions of the language concepts, but the software itself is too buggy. I've encountered multiple "conversations" that I'm supposed to complete but the conversation freezes and I have no way past but to try to pass a checkpoint test further down. I've reported this bug multiple times, it still exists, and I've heard nothing back.
