Ratings and reviews

3 major problems. (1) Many chargers on the map are not actually accessible to the public. There needs to be a way to hide chargers that I can't actually use. (2) Some chargers are inaccessible at certain times; this is not shown on the app. (3) When I click on a station, it zooms in so far that there is only one station shown. I have to zoom back out manually to see other stations. I am constantly having to zoom back out and this makes the process of finding a charger horribly inefficient.

September 2024 update ruined my home charging. App will no longer connect to my Chargepoint Flex. Has worked flawlessly for almost 2 years. NO, it's not a WiFi problem. Saw White Light on Flex couple days ago, probably about update time. Went away by itself (back to normal Green). Changes to Blue when plugged in but despite restarts and resets app still won't connect to Flex. Unable to adjust schedules, etc.

Needed to use Charge point chargers and mostly works. Was going to add back a star for the new wait-list system, but now they've made it much worse. The chargers cancel the session while you're trying to start it and give the reservation to the next person. Android Auto interface is super slow and almost useless -- Getting the list of nearby chargers doesn't tell you which is which, you have to click through each one at a time.

What's new

In this release, We've enhanced the Android Auto app with detailed guidance on using Omni Port stations. We've also enabled landscape orientation on login & signup screens to make the mobile app more accessible.
