Put some money into UI improvements. The playback interface is bare bones. When FF or REW you have to guess where to stop - video doesn't scan forward or back. After exiting and re-entering the app the last-viewed point in the show hasn't saved, and I must FF (again, through guesswork) to find my spot to pick up viewing from. Love the service but the app is total garbage. Put some money into updating the user interface, please.

This application and the version on Samsung TVs are complete garbage. Search doesn't work, the way everything is organized is nonsensical, and it won't let you put shows on your list. This has been by far one of the worst apps for a long time, and they just changed it and made it even worse. I will be cancelling my subscription if it's not figured out soon.

I don't know if it's any good, TBH I'm mad about the false advertising of shows that aren't actually available to stream. The bad info skews the search engine results, it shows me the shows I'm looking for on the service, need to subscribe. I subscribe, it's suddenly missing. This seems intentional. I gave it 2 because I didn't test it after I realized the scam and just cancelled it. Hard to believe this has 4.8 stars with the gobs of complaints about false advertising.
