Up until recently, I would rate this app about a 4. The app has a tendency to tell you items are out of stock when they are not, or vice versa. I used to be able to click on my clipped coupons, and it would show all the items I could purchase when using that coupon. Now, you can't even click on the clipped coupon. It's like you have to do a search for the product, then it will show the products associated with that particular coupon. What used to take 5 or 10 minutes now takes 1/2 hr to an hr.

It freezes on Android when you try scanning something then when it unfreezes it won't go into focus and you have to close it and keep opening it until it doesnt freeze, it happens constantly on my phone and my coworkers that have android phones. It makes it more difficult when I'm trying to scan a product for a price check for customers, and it freezes 7 times in a row, slowing my work down and the customers shopping down.

The worst shopping app I use. Coupons have disappeared after being clipped. Total at register differs significantly because coupons aren't applied the same as in the app. Paid $8 more at the register than the app showed in shopping list. Search feature was pulling up zero or only a few items; searched "diet pepsi" and it found zero products. Shopping categories need to be more clear. Many household items are impossible to find on the app. Inventory is never ever correct.
