If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

My experience using this app has been absolutely flawless. This is my must have app when I need to get a vehicle on short notice anytime of anyday. Theres just one improvement that will make this star shine brighter, and that would be to add a feature were a person can have more then one debit or credit card on file As oppose to just having one. PLEASE ADD THAT FEATURE.

So far, so good. Everything has been nice. Let's be honest—customer service deserves 5 stars. However, when it comes to the service regarding the cars, rentals, and liability, I'd give it a 3. I found it quite difficult to unlock the car due the connection with the Bluetooth, and it took longer than I expected. Additionally, there aren't too many cars available in London. I hope these issues will be addressed in the future!.
