Ratings and reviews

Pixel 7, the app just doesn’t work at all. It opens and keeps saying “an error occured”, and you cannot do anything. Tried clearing the data, reinstalling, nothing helps. Their app support says to call them on the phone, haha, nice joke, would I use the app it I wanted to talk to you on the phone? And also talking on the phone is just weird, give me an email address.

Terrible app. Literally all text is missing from the app. Only graphics shown. When opening the app, I see two empty fields where I assume username and password go. So I enter there and then nothing. Literally all the text is missing so it is impossible to navigate the app. I tried on Samsung S25 Ultra, Z Fold 8, and other devices. All are running latest updates and latest software.

The app itself leaves a lot to be desired. Your reservation isn't saved and has to be manually accessed every time. Details about your reservation aren't available, so you have to click on "modify reservation" which informs you that all your information will be cleared and you might have to restart the reservation. I don't think trying to figure out which gas refill option you selected should be that complicated. Being able to add your reservation to your wallet is nice, but that's about it.
