The energy graph page stops updating once the app is open. I have to restart the app to update data from several hours ago. Also the customer service of this company is really disappointing. I purchased a part shown on their website, and did not recieve what was pictured. They refused to process a refund even though I was not shipped what was pictured for the part number. I do like the rest of the system and it's simplicity of installation.

Really enjoy this app there are a couple of minor issues though. The notifications don't work. If grid power is lost or other situations occur, the system should send emails or text, but this isn't working. Also, there's no notification when a system software update occurs, which kicks us off grid power. At times, it takes multiple attempts to connect. But I really recommend Enphase Solar and home backup, really good product!!!

Lately app takes too long to load. Did uninstall and reinstall and still takes 2 to 3 minutes to load. Tried this and still a problem. Tried all your suggestions and still takes 2 minutes to load. Phone software is totally updated too. It's been over a week and you still haven't fixed this problem.
