Do you know how annoying your new camera Option is for deposits online or over the phone? And I'm just gonna say this,It is a piss poor update. You can't just take a picture. When you're alignin, you have to hold it steady for 3 seconds. Apparently you don't know how difficult that would be for someone in their 70s. Or whatever age. Bring back the old camera so you can snap the picture when it's aligned. It doesn't even tell you when it's aligned.It does randomly shows up and says hold for 3sec.

Changed my rating to 1 star as of 8/13/24 because the most recent version won't open on my phone (got the app updated last night and have been fighting with it ever since), the play store says it should be compatible, however the app crashes, and will not go past a black screen with the ENT logo. Luckily I can still utilize the web browser til the crashing issue on the app gets fixed

The new version of this app looks a lot nicer, but the user experience needs work. When depositing checks the camera is way too sensitive to light which makes for a lot of errors where it can't read the check numbers. It also need to be more clear when it has a good image of the front of the check and you need to take an image of the back, it does not tell you this clearly and can be confusing.
