I download the app. First l add my card then it ask to verify my account. After verifying my account then it's asking for additional information. Customer support is so slow for 16 hours my message is inbox and they haven't seen it let alone replying it. It's really so exhausting.

The easiest application to use by far. It made my life a lot easier in transferring funds between countries and within my family. Even the support team is very cooperative. Kudos to the entire team of Fin.do!

Funds don't show "Instantly" contact service no where to be found. Funds don't even display anywhere so seems likely to be faulty. But try test transfer before u lose your money. Just play safe
